Return / Exchange Policy
- ALL returns must include a receipt, packing slip or invoice.
- To avoid return shipping costs, please choose to return your purchase in person if possible.
- We understand that making returns by mail is usually the most convenient for our customers. If you choose to return by mail, please include the tags for all the items and remember that in order to receive credit, items should not have been worn or washed.
- Under no circumstances will embroidered, printed, marked, worn, soiled or garments altered to non-stock lengths or sizes, be accepted for credit.
- Shipping and/or order discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, in original packaging with labels and tags intact.
- Shipping charges under most circumstances are non-refundable.
- Should a problem (manufacturing or fabric defect) arise with a worn garment, health laws dictate that such garments must be cleaned before being returned for repair. If not repairable, credit or a new garment will be issued.
- Please inspect garments before processing or washing.
- Crocking and bleeding are inherent characteristics of red-tone shades; wash separately.
For Your Return, You May Be Given:
- An even exchange (Additional shipping charges may apply.).
- A credit card refund less stocking fee, based on the original method of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles dependant upon timing. If you paid via PayPal, please check your account for a credit or reversal.
- Merchandise credit for the value of the returned items good at Uniforms etc. or GroupScrubs.com
- A corporate-issued refund if original method of payment was by check or money order.
SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PUT INTO PRODUCTION.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ALTERED OR EMBROIDERED GARMENTS BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL
